We know much of what we do are habit-driven. This is the case for self control too. Developing the correct habits will help to invest in the right amount of discipline needed to achieve complete control over our actions and behavior.

As a self discipline is a learned behavior, we need to practice it daily in our lives. To improve on your self discipline, try these proven steps for helping you get better self control. You will establish good habits and improve your control. Soon you will see improvement.

•​Never be late. This is a great habit to begin with. Being late is because of a lack of discipline. Be on time. All the time.
•​Make the commitment to yourself to be disciplined. Commitment is something you do. It's not something you have
•​Did you hear about the self-control app? Install it on your PC to block sites like Facebook and YouTube, for a set period.
•​Whatever you do, give it 100% of your attention. If you are not fully present, it is hard to concentrate and get anything done. Follow trough before taking on another task.
•​Eat regular nutritious meals. When you are hungry, your brain is not functioning at his best, impairing your ability to concentrate. Eating often improves decision making skills and your focus. Start your day with a breakfast high in protein And eat lots of fresh food.
