What is holding you back from achieving your goals? We self are our greatest enemy. From the time we were kids we were programmed by things that people said to us and experiences that happen to us. this words people said and experiences we had are stored in our memory and our brain is making conclusions about what we think we can do and can to do. This results in a set of rules that become our life barrier and forms our identity.
This reality isn't a fixed thing, it is an image we have in our minds. An image that we can change for the better, achieving success and happiness in life.
You may not even be aware of such self-limiting beliefs, but certainly they are there inside. Here are an example of a few fixed false beliefs many people have -
If you suffer from one or more of these false beliefs, it’s time to make a change. If you can become aware of these false beliefs you will be able to change them. And by that, change your reality and quality of life. Take back control of your life now. Shatter these beliefs and take positive action today.

Self-confident people are admired by, and also motivate others. They face their fears and know that no matter what obstacles come their way, they have the capacity to overcome them. Self-confident people tend to see their lives in a favourable light, even when things aren't going so well.
Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules; confidence is a state of mind. Confidence comes from acceptance of your own body and mind, and the belief in your own abilities.
Low-confidence can be a result of many factors including fear of the unknown, criticism, being unhappy with own appearance, poor time-management, lack of knowledge, previous failure, and so on.
People with long-term low self self confidence issues generally see the world as a hostile place and themselves as its victim. As a result, they miss out on experiences and opportunities, and feel helpless about changing things.
There are a number of simple things that anyone can do to boost his or her self-confidence. To name a few:
In conclusion, the most important thing is the belief that you can be better. You play a huge part in your happiness, and you can greatly increase it by taking action and changing your attitude toward yourself. You are responsible for yourself. Your happiness (or your misery) depend in a great part upon what you tell yourself and what you choose to believe and what not.
“Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.” - Søren Kierkegaard
To achieve success, you first need to change your beliefs and concepts and get rid of the negative. This process is called self- reflection, as discussed here. After you have gone through this self reflecting process on your life, it’s time to decide how satisfied you are in your life’s different areas and how balanced your life currently is.
Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself. Do you know what you are spending your energy and time on? How satisfied are you in life’s different areas? Why does your life looks the way it does? What would you like your life to look like? How can you make this happen?
