What is holding you back from achieving your goals? We self are our greatest enemy. From the time we were kids we were programmed by things that people said to us and experiences that happen to us. this words people said and experiences we had are stored in our memory and our brain is making conclusions about what we think we can do and can to do. This results in a set of rules that become our life barrier and forms our identity.
This reality isn't a fixed thing, it is an image we have in our minds. An image that we can change for the better, achieving success and happiness in life.
You may not even be aware of such self-limiting beliefs, but certainly they are there inside. Here are an example of a few fixed false beliefs many people have -
If you suffer from one or more of these false beliefs, it’s time to make a change. If you can become aware of these false beliefs you will be able to change them. And by that, change your reality and quality of life. Take back control of your life now. Shatter these beliefs and take positive action today.

To achieve success, you first need to change your beliefs and concepts and get rid of the negative. This process is called self- reflection, as discussed here. After you have gone through this self reflecting process on your life, it’s time to decide how satisfied you are in your life’s different areas and how balanced your life currently is.
Here are a couple of questions to ask yourself. Do you know what you are spending your energy and time on? How satisfied are you in life’s different areas? Why does your life looks the way it does? What would you like your life to look like? How can you make this happen?
