What is holding you back from achieving your goals? We self are our greatest enemy. From the time we were kids we were programmed by things that people said to us and experiences that happen to us. this words people said and experiences we had are stored in our memory and our brain is making conclusions about what we think we can do and can to do. This results in a set of rules that become our life barrier and forms our identity. This reality isn't a fixed thing, it is an image we have in our minds. An image that we can change for the better, achieving success and happiness in life. You may not even be aware of such self-limiting beliefs, but certainly they are there inside. Here are an example of a few fixed false beliefs many people have -
