Do breathing exercises.
Take deep breaths. Inhale 7 quick counts and exhale slower than you inhaled. Limit your social media. Social media can raise anxiety levels if comparing your life with other people's profiles. Maintain a positive attitude. Replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Eat well-balanced meals. Keep high protein energy-boosting snacks on hand and don't skip meals. Limit alcohol and caffeine. To much might aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks. Get enough sleep. When stressed, your body needs additional sleep and rest. Partake in regular exercise. You will feel good and be healthier. Help others. Volunteer in your community, get a break from normal daily stress. Write a journal. What triggers your anxiety? Try to identify the patterns. Talk to someone. Talk to friends and family and of it don't help see your therapist for professional help.
