Get Rid of Negative Thoughts!

To change how the world perceives us, we must change from the inside first. Negative thoughts drain us of energy, leading to an unhappy life. Positive thoughts, on the other hand, leads to magnificent good outcomes and life success.

If we are unhappy from the inside it will be reflected on the outside. If we are afraid of life, if we have guilt or do not like ourselves on the inside, then our outside life is always going to display our unhappiness, in every day of our lives. Always - without exception.  If we are unhappy on the inside, then we are broadcasting out negativity on the outside. To change how the world perceives us, we must change from the inside first. Don't play the victim. You create your own life, take responsibility. Remember, your thoughts are the foundation where you self are going to build your future on.
 
Learn how to choose yourself. Achieve success trough a positive mental attitude.

You must resolve our pain, anger, fear and all that is negative from within
. You must realize that you have to take responsibility for our own feelings, actions, and mistakes. 
All negative thinking is fear-based and can become very dangerous if it goes on day-after-day as then stress is created which eventually damage the body and mind, resulting in disease, illness, and depression. Depression, in fact, manifest in pessimistic thinking long before it creates any other of its symptoms. 
Negative thoughts drain you of energy and keep you from living in the moment. The more you allow your negative thoughts, the more dangerous they become. One small negative thought can turn into a gigantic snowball of repulsiveness.
Positive thinking is when the human mind is trained to take authority over its thought process by changing a perceived reality trough repeated positive statements. Positive thinking is an exercise of willingly choosing positive emotions and applying them and beliefs you may have to create a better outlook on life
 
Three ways to overcome negative thinking:
  1. Hold on to your faith in God. Faith is the only way we can withstand the worst unexpected events in our lives even if we don’t understand it ourselves, keeping us optimistic.
  2. Stop thinking in extremes: Do not think about the future in terms of dramatic disasters and failures. Accept that most of life consists of gray areas as well; it is not always black or white.
  3. Avoid the snowball effect: If having negative thoughts, don’t nurture it, don’t grow them bigger and over generalize it but instead focus on how you should deal with these new circumstances in your life.
 
Get rid of the negativity. If you can become aware of these negative thoughts you will be able to change them. And by that, change your reality and quality of life. Take back control of your life now.  Shatter these beliefs and take positive action today.

I know it’s not easy to think positive and avoid negative things. Negative feelings like anger, disquiet and sorrow can be totally draining. So we tend to reject them and try to pretend like they're not there. I believe that people will believe in you if you believe in yourself. Don’t try to minimize our worth. We must acknowledge what kind of emotion what we feel if we are stressed.
