"Self-reflection serve to keep you focused on self-improvement "
If you are not careful aware of where you are going, you could end up somewhere far from where you planned to be, lumbering among road blocks that keeps you from reaching true life gratification. Self-Reflection is the way to remove these inner barriers. First of all, become aware of the things thats really holding you back - and then tackle them by finding a solution.

The reversed of self reflection is to be saying its ok to being bounded. by not being attentive to these  deeper personal issues, you simply are not aware of them, but they don’t go away. Still influencing your life every day, adding more negativeness and dark rubble to your inner space.  Self-Reflection is your inner cleaning mechanism. Make use of it. Its free.

Short self-reflection exercise :
  • List the 5 best experieneces you had the previous year. How did they make you feel?  Who else were involved in this experiences, were there a common theme?
  • What was your biggest achievement and why? Who else was involved? How did it make you feel? What would you do different if you had to repeat this achievement?
  • Name 5 things that you are very gratefull for, that was in your life the last year.
